Although it is written from a social and cultural geography perspective, rather than anthropology, I would recommend taking a look at "Timespace: geographies of temporality" edited by Jon May and Nigel Thrift

Hi everyone, I am currently doing research for the 'meaning of time' in west african culture; specifically Ghanian culture, any book or artical references on the subject would be hugely appreciated. I am sieving through some titles now but the list generally for the significance of time in other cultures is humongous, especially since they are usually paragraphs to pages worth in ethnographies, but none too specific. Therefore any help or advice from your experiences would be well and truly appreciated. Thanks!!
