This site is great - you indicate your preferences in a program and they rank grad schools according to statistics. They also have options for other courses of study (all phd programs). The link should take you to the anthro ranking page.

do check out the schools web pages though because the program lumps all types of anthropology programs together - so you may get a high ranking for a school that doesn't offer the branch of anthro you want.

Tue, June 21, 2005 - 3:44 PMI love that site. I used it once in the past, thanks for posting it. I think it is good if you know *exactly* what you are looking for. My program of choice ranked 13th below a bunch of other schools I surely never would have had a chance at... : )
